Public transport
Public transport
We recommend that you use public transport for the outward and return journey. Outward and return journeys by public transport in all ZVV zones are included in the admission ticket.
You can find information on the timetable at www.zvv.ch or with the ZVV app.
By train, bus and tram
Take S-Bahn lines S3/S9/S11/S12 to Stettbach, tram lines 7/12 and bus lines 744/745/751/752/754/760 to Zurich, Stettbach station.
The Hall is only a few steps away from Stettbach railway station (from the station, it is best to take the ‘Süd’ exit towards Zürichstrasse/Dübendorfstrasse).
Included in your admission ticket are all ZVV zones for the outward and return journey on the day of the event.
The ticket is valid on the day of the event as a ticket for the outward and return journey by tram, bus and S-Bahn in all ZVV zones (2nd class).
If you are travelling by public transport from outside the ZVV fare network, you only need to pay as far as the first stop in the ZVV fare network. Please make sure that the chosen connection stops at this point. You will find the fare network plan here.

The Hall is wheelchair-accessible. To help you find your way quickly and
easily, we have compiled some information for you.
Parking
The four parking spaces for disabled guests are located in our underground car park on levels U1 and
U2 directly next to the exit (see map below). The lift takes you from the car park to the ground floor
level, from where you proceed to the outside entrance. Please ask the staff about availabilities in case
the sign outside mentions no vacancy.
Entrance and Wheelchair Spaces
To get to the entrance, please pass the reception (box office) on your left side. The security at the
barricade to the main entrance will open the barrier-free entrance for you the moment you get there
In the Foyer Hall you will find food and beverages on the right hand side. The entrance to the Hall
(stalls/stand, standing room) is on your left. Your reserved space is on the balcony (level 2) with a perfect view of the stage. Please order a wheelchair ticket on Ticketcorner.ch as required. You reach the balcony using the lifts. Depending on the size of the event, there will also be catering facilities and a Cloakroom B installed on level 2.
Elevators and Toilets
The elevators are located on the left side towards the balcony and on the right side (or, rather, built into the staircase) of the main entrance. All these lifts also take you to the basement to the wheelchair-friendly toilets on level -1. The toilets on level 2 near the balcony are not wheelchair-accessible.
Cloakrooms, Smoking Area and Emergency Exits
The lifts take you to the wardrobes located on level -1. The smoking terrace is on level 2. Please have a look at the position of the emergency exits on the floor plans. In case you are in the basement or on the upper floor, follow the escape routes until you reach a safe section. From there you will be escorted outside by our evacuation assistants.
We hope you enjoy your stay with us. If you need support or further information, do not hesitate to contact us. Our staff (in green vests) or our security personnel will be pleased to support you.
