Where can I collect my tickets ordered using «pick-up from box office»?
If you ordered your tickets using «pick-up from the box office», you can collect your tickets at the event from a collection point. For this purpose, you require the personal pick-up code that you were sent by e-mail. Alternatively, you can find this code under «My Ticketcorner».

Should the tickets not require collection from the general box office but from a different collection point defined by the promoter, this will be pointed out on the data control page, the receipt page, after ordering under «My Ticketcorner», as well as in the confirmation email. You can find the message under «My Ticketcorner» as follows: Please log into your personal area and then click on «Orders». Here you can select the relevant order number.
