Conditions for participation

This contest is offered by Ticketcorner AG, Oberglatterstrasse 35, 8153 Rümlang. The contest is not associated with or sponsored, endorsed, or organised in any way by Facebook, Instagram, or X. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contents are to be addressed exclusively to Ticketcorner AG. Facebook, Instagram, and X are released from any claims in connection with this contest.

Persons of legal age who are legally resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate. The participation of minors requires the consent of their legal representative. Participation must be in the participant's own name. Employees of Ticketcorner AG are not allowed to participate in the contest. The competition entry requirements must be fulfilled in order to participate. Multiple entries in the same contest are not permitted and will be disqualified from the draw. Participation is free and does not oblige you to purchase any products.

The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged.

With the public contribution, permission is granted to reproduce the contribution, including the author's name, free of charge in the various communication channels of Ticketcorner AG without any restrictions in terms of subject matter, location, or time.

Participants undertake to submit only images to which they hold all rights and to which other persons depicted have consented to publication. Comments, images, and/or videos that violate the guidelines of the relevant social media channel, applicable law, and/or copyright will be removed without notice upon becoming known, and the participant concerned will be excluded from the contest. Ticketcorner AG will not be held responsible in this regard. Ticketcorner is also entitled to exclude participants from the draw if there are justified reasons (e.g. suspicion of a breach of the conditions of participation, influencing the competition, manipulation). In addition, participants who post offensive or discriminatory comments will be excluded.

Winners will be notified by direct message from Ticketcorner AG after the closing date. Each winner must come forward within 72 hours. If a winner does not respond within this period, the claim to the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be raffled again among the remaining participants.

Ticketcorner AG's Data Protection Policy also applies.

Ticketcorner AG reserves the right to adjust, modify, or cancel the draw if there is a need to do so. No claims may be made against Ticketcorner AG if the contest is cancelled or amended.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies exclusively. By entering the prize draw, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions of entry without reservation.
