Any remaining balance will be held for the applicable statutory limitation period. A payout is excluded. Using vouchers
For which events can vouchers be redeemed?
The vouchers are valid for all Ticketcorner events. These include concerts, musicals, sporting events, theatre performances and many other events. Ski tickets are excluded. However, it is possible to purchase ski ticket vouchers that can be redeemed at around 60 ski resorts at ski.ticketcorner.ch.
Where can I redeem Ticketcorner vouchers?
The vouchers can be used for online orders at www.ticketcorner.ch or in the Ticketcorner App, as well as for telephone orders. Unfortunately, they are not available for ticket purchases at advance booking offices.
Validity and purchase conditions
How long are the vouchers valid?
The vouchers are redeemable for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Is there a maximum number of tickets I can purchase with a voucher?
In principle, there is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased with a Ticketcorner voucher, as long as the balance on the voucher is sufficient or supplemented by other means of payment. However, there are events with high demand and a high risk of overpriced resale by intermediaries where a maximum order quantity applies – regardless of the payment method.
Subsequent changes and remaining balances
Can a voucher be applied retroactively to a purchase that has already been made?
Unfortunately no. Since each order is processed and invoiced completely automatically, it is not possible to change the order afterwards. Therefore, it is not possible to subsequently credit a voucher.
What happens to any remaining balance?
Remaining balances cannot be cashed out but will remain available for future purchases. Good to know: Even if the voucher code automatically expires after 36 months, any remaining balance remains valid within the statutory limitation period.
Personalisation, gift options and shipping
Can the voucher be personalised?
Yes, Ticketcorner vouchers can be customised. You can choose from a variety of images and write a personalised text with up to 220 characters.
Can the vouchers be sent in gift packaging?
Yes, Ticketcorner vouchers can be ordered with gift wrapping. The offer applies to all postal delivery methods – in other words, not only to standard delivery but also to express delivery, registered mail, A Mail Plus, etc. Simply tick the «Gift wrapping» box during the order process and choose your favourite design.
What shipping methods are available for the vouchers?
print@home – the quick last-minute solution: the voucher can be printed straight away at home or sent by email.
Mail delivery – Standard: The high-quality printed voucher will be delivered by mail within five working days.
Express mail delivery: Order your voucher by 4:00 PM and receive it by 9:00 AM the next working day (Tuesday to Saturday). Please note that express orders are only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In addition, for express orders, we can only print vouchers with our standard motif and without personalised text.
Can I have the voucher sent to a different address?
Of course. To do so, tick the box «Select a different delivery address» during the ordering process and enter the address of the person receiving the gift.

Do companies receive special conditions for the vouchers?
Yes, corporate customers receive a discount on the total amount for orders of CHF 3,500 or more. For specific requirements, an individual offer can be requested. Click here to access the enquiry form.
Are there special designs or formats for companies?
Yes, Ticketcorner offers special designs for corporate customers, which also allow for logo placement, for example. Visual vouchers can also be ordered for delivery by email or messenger service. These are ideal for smaller amounts in areas such as customer care.
