Circus Medrano is one of the most traditional companies in the European circus world. With a classic programme of acrobatics, clowning and animal acts, the ensemble tours Switzerland regularly.

Circus according to proven tradition – with new impulses

The tent offers space for a classic ring, in which the various disciplines of circus art are presented. The focus is on the artists' technical skills.

Between nostalgia and modernity

While Circus Medrano is strongly rooted in tradition, the technical processes and lighting design are continuously adapted. However, the aim remains to preserve the atmosphere of the heyday of travelling circuses, making the company a destination for families.

Endlich wieder einmal ein Zirkus in Sarnen!

Es war für meine Grosskinder und mich ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Kinder waren beindruckt. Die Clowns haben ihnen sehr gefallen und die Akrobatik hat sie fasziniert. Sie erzählen noch Tage danach von ihrem Zirkuserlebnis.

Evento spettacolare per grandi e piccini

Ho potuto assistere all'allestimento del tendone e allo smontaggio: team molto efficiente ed affiatato. Lo spettacolo è stato di grande sorpresa: numeri emozionanti di incredibile abilità che richiedono una grande preparazione e allenamento da parte di tutti gli artisti: bravi, anzi bravissimi! Coinvolgere il pubblico ha reso il tutto ancora più divertente sia per gli adulti che per i bambini e assieme abbiamo passato due ore sia di forti emozioni che di risate. Grazie
