A Sound & Breath Ceremony
On June 9, we are opening the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois ballroom for an evening unlike any other. You will be guided through a deep Breathwork journey accompanied by harp music with Esther Sévérac, designed to bring you back to the heart.
This is not a concert. It is a living ceremony.
Classical music meets transformative breathwork. As the ceremony unfolds, conscious breath becomes a portal into those depths that words can barely reach. Each performance is unique. Each moment, unrepeatable. The aim of this journey is to release emotional tension, calm the nervous system and gain new clarity - mentally and physically.
