LUZERN LIVE 2026, the festival on the lake
LUZERN LIVE returns to the Lucerne lake basin for the fourth time from July 16 to 25, 2026. Within a very short space of time, the festival has established itself as an integral part of the Swiss summer of culture. With its unique mix of high-quality concerts, a freely accessible Festivalgelände and a wide range of events for all generations, LUZERN LIVE delights around 120,000 music fans every year and is constantly evolving.

Europaplatz stage festival zone: optimizations for the audience and programme
The Europaplatz as the central festival zone will also be expanded with a few surprises for the fourth edition. The aim is to create an even more pleasant atmosphere. On Europaplatz and around the stage at the pavilion, numerous local vendors will provide the perfect complement to the music program of LUZERN LIVE with their culinary diversity.

One festival, many stages
LUZERN LIVE offers a carefully curated line-up with national and international artists. The open-air concerts on Europaplatz, in front of the Hotel Schweizerhof and at the pavilion remain free and open to the public. In addition to the renowned headliner shows in the KKL Luzern - Konzertsaal, the audience can look forward to an expanded program in the KKL Luzern - Luzerner Saal in 2026. The hall is known as the home of the KKL Klub with electronic DJ nights during the festival and will once again be open for selected live concerts. This will create additional, intimate musical moments between club atmosphere and concert stage - right in the heart of KKL Luzern.

Tickets for the headliner concerts as well as for the two club nights, which will take place on Saturday in the KKL Klub, will be available in advance as soon as the line-up is announced. The intimate concert series in the Zeugheersaal at Hotel Schweizerhof and the Electric Terrace are accessible with the LIVE PASS.

LIVE PASS 2026 - support with added value
The LIVE PASS is available for CHF 25 in advance or on site and offers the following for ten days:
- Admission to all concerts in the Zeugheersaal at Hotel Schweizerhof *
- Access to the Electric Terrace on all days *
- Access to the KKL Klub, with the exception of the two Saturdays (18. and 25 July) and the concert evenings in the Lucerne Hall *
- Free travel on the shuttle boat *
- Discount on beer or soft drink in combination with the festival cup

* In these areas, the principle applies: "first come, first served".

The festival works closely with regional institutions, creative artists and restaurateurs and continues the strong partnerships of recent years, expanding them in a targeted manner and continuing to guarantee a program with a strong local signature.
