Back to the source. To his passion for making music. To the origin of his dream of sharing songs with as many people as possible. These thoughts accompanied Noah Veraguth as he wondered what to do next after the temporary end of Pegasus. "My first thought was that I had to go back to my roots - to when I was a teenager playing piano and guitar and discovering what chords go together and what melodies come out of it. I didn't know it back then, but I was already collecting ideas that have stayed with me to this day."
This was a magical, unencumbered time for him, says the mastermind behind hits such as "I Take It All", "Metropolitans" and "Skyline", with which he thrilled audiences in stadiums, halls and festivals with Pegasus and other artists.
On the Songbook Tour, Veraguth is now opening up his musical workshop to the public for the first time. He plays the most important songs from his catalog in their original form: reduced to the essentials, with a focus on emotion and essence. Sometimes only with guitar, piano or other elements that accompany him when composing.
In addition to his own songs, the evening is also dedicated to the influences that have shaped his work, from Beatles classics to Brazilian music and Disney film music. And, of course, the focus is also on the future: new and previously unreleased songs will be premiered on the Songbook Tour.
The Songbook Tour is an intimate insight into the work of a songwriter who has moved hundreds of thousands with his music and now invites his audience to look under the hood together. A personal, unique and unforgettable concert experience.
