Thylacine stops off in Zurich and Bern
Sometimes you have to leave your roots behind to really be in tune with yourself and the world around you.
It is this guiding principle that has served Thylacine so well so far. To create "Roads Vol. 3", he left his familiar surroundings in Paris to go traveling again. His journey took him through the Andes, to the Faroe Islands, Turkey and across Asia on the Trans-Siberian Railway.
True to his now iconic way of traveling - a converted, gleaming 1972 Airstream caravan that serves as a mobile studio - Wil liam Rezé, aka Thylacine, gave himself the most precious resource of all: Time. Time that is so often lacking when you are caught up in the hustle and bustle of touring and routine. Time that allows travel to become a real experience, where intuition can develop into something bolder, deeper and more original.
This album is a reflection of that amazing journey, born out of deep reflection on his craft and its relationship to the shifting balance of the world around him.
A new musical odyssey that further defines Thylacine as a profoundly unique artist in today's musical landscape.
