Event Information

Few British rock bands have lasted half a century—Uriah Heep is one of them. Since their debut album *Very ’Eavy, Very ’Umble* (1970), the band has shaped the melodic hard rock genre with classics such as “Gypsy,” “Bird of Prey,” and “Easy Livin’.” In the ’70s, they enjoyed worldwide success with albums like *Demons and Wizards* and *Sweet Freedom*, selling over 40 million records. Their harmonized vocals and distinctive Hammond sound made them unmistakable—and in 1987, they became the first Western rock band to perform in Moscow.

The band created a sound that has shaped Generations—and continues to thrill audiences to this day.

Their repertoire has stood the test of time over the decades, and with even more new songs on the horizon, Heep are as strong and powerful as ever. Familiar sounds, big emotions: We’re thrilled to welcome this cult band back to the Kofmehl stage.

Die Band kann nichts dafür - Uriah Heep hat super gespielt und die alten Herren waren gut drauf. Die Auswahl der Stücke war gut. Aber etwas weniger laut wäre dem Sound dienlich gewesen. Das Konzert war ausverkauft. Dann ist es auch voll. Das Xtra sollte etwas weniger Besucher zulassen, es war zu wenig Platz. Hungrig sollte man nicht kommen, das Angebot ist mau. Mir hat der Auftritt im Hallenstadion 2023 besser gefallen.
