Las Vegas is coming to Basel: "Vegas 2.0 - Magic meets Elvis" celebrates its premiere at Theater Küchlin
The traditional auditorium of Theater Küchlin in Basel will become the stage for a spectacular new live show at the end of 2026: "Vegas 2.0 - Magic meets Elvis". The production combines world-class music with breathtaking illusions and brings the glamorous show feeling of Las Vegas to Europe for the first time in this form.
The premiere will take place on December 27, 2026. Several performances are planned until December 29, 2026. The production will then go on tour through Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The singer Mark Dean, who began his musical career in the USA, inspires with an astonishing vocal proximity to Elvis Presley. His career has taken him to international stages, TV and radio shows and exclusive cruises. His musical path crossed performances with greats of the music and show business such as Al Jarreau, Siegfried & Roy, Peter Kraus and many others, as well as with original Elvis Presley musicians such as Scotty Moore and D.J.Fontana.
At his side is the internationally renowned Swiss magician Magrée, an exceptional figure in European magic. As a multiple Swiss champion and pioneer of modern magic, he has already been a star guest in over 200 TV shows and was the first Swiss magician to produce a full-length show in Las Vegas.
