As a bandleader, multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger and producer, Christoph Walter lives music with every fiber of his being. This passion is also reflected in his choice of guests on stage: with the Swiss singer and songwriter Moritz Schlanke, he combines symphonic soundscapes with a laid-back big band sound to create an emotional musical experience. Schlanke can regularly be heard on Swiss radio stations with his own compositions and moves seamlessly between pop-rock and jazz on stage. With his stage team, Christoph Walter spans a musical arc at the highest level, which the charming Nelly Patty enriches with her chansons. Stars such as Amy Macdonald, Alvaro Soler, Anastacia, Albert Hammond, Katherine Jenkins, Gölä, Kunz, Fabienne Louves, Steff la Cheffe, DJ Tanja La Croix, Florian Ast and many more have already appeared on stage with his orchestra. The repertoire ranges from swing, ock and Latin to epic arrangements with strings, wind instruments and outstanding soloists. His own compositions are in no way inferior to the works of legendary orchestra leaders such as Bert Kaempfert, Herb Alpert or James Last and characterize the uniqueness of his concerts.
