Thomas Gansch Blasmusik SupergroupIt was a heartfelt wish that trumpeter and musician Thomas Gansch was able to fulfill in 2022. He played brass band music - with a brass band supergroup he had put together! As part of the Lucerne 2022 World Band Festival, Gansch presented music from the repertoire of the Czech Central Orchestra Prague, with marches, dances and concert polkas by Julius Fučík, Jindřich Praveček and Václav Vačkář, among others.
Now trumpet mastermind Thomas Gansch returns with his brass band colleagues from the "Die Egerländer Musikanten", "Mnozil Brass", "Blechhauf'n", "Kapelle So&So" and the "Wiener Philharmoniker" and demonstrates at an exclusive concert evening in Lucerne just how great brass music can be and what it still stands for.
