How do I get the reduced service fee for Live Club Members?
To obtain the reduced service fee on your order, select the item "To the Members' Club overview" in the "My Clubs" section. Now you will get an overview of your active memberships. Click on "home" - the system will ask again for your login information. After the second registration, you will be identified as a member. At this point the reduced service fee will be applied to your orders.
