How does the payment with immediate transfer work ?
Payment with immediate transfer by SOFORT AG
The immediate transfer is a TÜV-certified and international online payment system by SOFORT AG. For a real-time transaction confirmation, you do not have to transfer money to a virtual account and you do not need a credit card. After your payment, we will process your order immediately.
The payment by immediate transfer is only available for clients with a domicile in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

That is how it works:
While you order your tickets, your e-banking account open up in a pop-up and you can pay with your online banking details. This multiple certified, international online payment system providing high security standards and guarantees that your details are not stored. The SOFORT Banking form is automatically prefilled with your order data, typing errors are therefore eliminated.
After the real-time transaction confirmation, we will process your order immediately.

If you select a print@home ticket and pay it by immediate transfer, the print@home ticket (PDF) can be downloaded right away. You can call up and print out your print@home Ticket at "My TICKETCORNER".

If you have selected collection at the box office as your method of delivery, your collection code will be sent and held for you immediately in "My TICKETCORNER”.
Many Swiss banks do already offer the possibility to use the payment with immediate transfer (Crédit Suisse, Cantonal Bank, PostFinance, Raiffeisen, Migros Bank, Direct Net).
