Why do I have to pay service fees ?
The applicable service fees are included, through a tax, directly in the ticket price. You can see the details during the ordering process by clicking on "service fees".

The cost of the service fees depends on the ticket price: CHF 0.30 max. 1.90 CHF.

The fee covers the cost of the ticket, witch arise regardless of the method of shipment and payment (booking platform, access technology and services, customer service and so on)
