Why the price printed on the ticket is lower than the selling price ?
There is a difference between the price printed on the ticket and the selling price specified in the online shop. This are the service charges. They are mentioned during the ordering process.

The cost of the service fees depends on the ticket price: CHF 0.30 max. 1.90 CHF.
