The gifted Grisons native has been rocking the stage for a quarter of a century. Now Rolf Schmid is touring with his tenth comedy program.
What was the last thing you wondered about?
When I think about it, I'm surprised that I don't wonder about anything anymore, which doesn't mean that I'm not "gwundrig" or that I don't believe in miracles or have a wound now and again.
When was the last time you said your famous phrase "I just don't like it", and on what occasion?
Probably when someone asked me to say it again.
When (and why) was the last time you felt ashamed?
I can only play "shame" - I haven't felt it for a long time.
What was the last time you were really proud of?
When I realized that I knew the lyrics to the new program by heart.
What was the last compliment you were happy to receive?
"You look good!" That was in 1997.
What was the last thing you laughed about?
At my grandson.
What was the last time you were surprised - and by whom?
In 1997, shortly after someone told me I looked good, when I won the Young Talent Award at the Arosa Humorfestival.
Where did you eat well recently?
The last time I cooked for myself.
When and where was the last time you did sport?
Today, skiing in Feldis.
What was the last book you read?
The biography of Paul McCartney.
What would you spend your last money on?
For an urn.
What is the last luxury you would give up?
My toilet.
In which discipline were you always last at school?
As a personivizirter Fierundhalber I was always lucky average!
What (or who?) is putting the finishing touches to your new program?
Test audiences, Hardy Hemmi and Bettina Dieterle and of course myself.
