Lukas Graham releases «Good Times»

14/08/2026 written by Dominik

Lukas Graham is back with new music: The album «Good Times» blends pop with folk, personal stories, and the musical roots of Lukas’s family.

Lukas Forchhammer made Lukas Graham famous far beyond Denmark. Lukas Forchhammer? Yes, you read that right. Lukas Graham is often mistaken for a solo artist. In fact, however, the name stands for a band from Copenhagen. The name comes from frontman Lukas Forchhammer’s father, whose middle name was Graham. Lukas also uses the name as his own stage name—much like Jon Bon Jovi and his band Bon Jovi.

Songs like «7 Years», «Mama Said», and later «Love Someone» combine catchy pop melodies with autobiographical lyrics. Personal experiences and family have been a recurring theme in the band’s music ever since.

«Good Times» Takes Us Back to the Roots

On their fifth album, these roots take center stage even more. «Good Times» features 13 songs and draws on folk and Celtic influences that Forchhammer associates with his late father, Eugene. The lead singles «To Know A Girl», «Second Chance», and the title track already demonstrated that Lukas Graham is expanding its familiar pop sound to include acoustic and traditional elements.

Lukas Graham is going on tour with Ed Sheeran

Shortly after the album’s release, the next leg of the tour begins. Lukas Graham will join Ed Sheeran on his «LOOP Tour» through North America starting August 15, 2026. The tour will include stops in Minneapolis, Toronto, New York, and Atlanta, among other cities. In January 2027, Lukas Graham will then head out on their own major shows in Copenhagen and Herning. No dates have been announced yet for performances in Switzerland. Should anything change, fans will be among the first to know thanks to Ticketcorner’s ticket alert.
