From December 11 to 14, 2025, Zermatt will once again become a stage for electronic music and contemporary art. The Magic Mountain festival brings international DJs, national talent and a curated exhibition to the mountains.
Jan Blomqvist will provide a special moment at the vernissage on Thursday. He will be supported by the Berlin duo BEOBÊ and Ibiza guests Valentin Huedo & Ernesto Altés. The art exhibition, which adds a visual dimension to the festival, will also open on the opening evening.
On the following days, the program spreads across seven locations. Marc Gonen from Keinemusik-Kollektiv, Nandu, Pauza and Luna City Express bring international sounds to Zermatt. Swiss acts such as Kellerkind, Dangel Twins and Natascha Polké will also be performing. They play in clubs, on mountain terraces and up to 2,581 meters above sea level. Each stage creates a different atmosphere, from urban club flair to alpine panorama.
Six artists present works that transform Zermatt into a creative setting during the festival. Installations, light shows and encounters complement the nights on the dance floors. This combination of music and art is what makes the festival so special.
Magic Mountain ends on Sunday with a diverse program that once again showcases all facets of electronic music. Hybrid sets, sunny high altitudes and hidden locations form the finale of a festival that transforms Zermatt into a pulsating landscape of sound and art for four days.
