Between peaks and bass lines - Open Air Lumnezia returns to the Grisons mountain paradise. From July 23 to 25, 2026, Val Lumnezia will once again be transformed into one of the most atmospheric festival backdrops in Switzerland.
There are festivals that you experience once and never forget. Open Air Lumnezia is one of them. Since 1985, music fans have been making the pilgrimage to Graubünden to celebrate under an open sky and with a 360-degree mountain panorama - and the 2026 edition in the hamlet of Degen once again promises a mixture of home, euphoria and unforgettable concert moments.
This year's program spans a wide range: reggaeton legend Sean Paul brings Caribbean energy to the Alps, while Swiss folk poet Trauffer proves that yodelling and festival atmosphere are a natural combination. They are joined by Meute, the Hamburg brass-techno collective whose trumpets and drums set entire crowds in motion, as well as Lo & Leduc, Ski Aggu, Fäaschtbänkler and many more.
The mix is typically Lumnezia: unexpected, well thought-out and with a flair for the extraordinary.
What sets Open Air Lumnezia apart from other festivals is not just its line-up - it's the location. The plain in the middle of Val Lumnezia, surrounded by lush green slopes and the tranquillity of Graubünden, creates an atmosphere that cannot be replicated in any city arena. Anyone standing here immediately understands: this is not a concert. This is an experience.
With around 18,000 visitors, the festival deliberately remains manageable - intimate enough to experience every act up close, big enough to really take off.
