Biel-based pop band Pegasus are kicking off 2025 with two highlights: their new album "Twisted Hearts Club" will be released on January 17, 2025 and marks the start of their biggest Swiss tour of the same name to date. Between March 7 and April 12, 2025, they will be playing in Herisau, Lucerne, Lausanne, Basel, Bern and Zurich.
Band members Noah Veraguth (lead singer), Gabriel Spahni (bass, vocals), Stefan Brønner (drums) and Simon Spahr (vocals, guitar) grew up together in Biel and initially made a name for themselves as a school band. Their debut album "A Place to Be" (2007) brought them to the attention of the Swiss music scene. Their breakthrough followed in 2011 with "Human.Technology". Songs such as "Skyline" and "Technology" became hits that are known beyond the country's borders. They have won several Swiss Music Awards and are one of the most successful pop acts in Switzerland.
Fans can dance to old hits and new songs at the concerts. The single "Champions", which accompanied us through the summer, is still in our ears. As an anthem for sporting competitions, the song stands for motivation and perseverance. Frontman Noah Veraguth describes the track as "a tribute to all those who don't let things get them down".
The first taste of the new album was released in mid-October: The ballad "How Much Can A Heart Break?" is about disappointment and broken hearts. How often can a heart break? How much heartache can a person take? Listen to it once and you've already been hit right in the heart!
