To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Art on Ice 2026 brings three of the most popular Swiss music acts of recent decades to the ice: Noah Veraguth, Stress and Stefanie Heinzmann. The three return with fresh interpretations, shared stage energy and an emotional concept. They are the centerpiece of a show that once again spectacularly combines sport and music.
What began in 1996 as a bold mix of figure skating and live music is now a firmly established cultural format: Art on Ice celebrates its 30th edition in 2026 with a clear commitment to the Swiss music scene. For the anniversary, fans were able to decide which acts they wanted to see again. The choice fell on three artists who not only regularly provide goosebump moments, but are also friends: Noah Veraguth, Stefanie Heinzmann and Stress.
The three of them will shape the show musically in solo and ensemble performances. The emotional range extends from hymns to ballads. Show producer Oliver Höner emphasizes the artistic development of the three: «We are bringing them back because they have shaped our history. This time, however, we are staging them in a completely new way.»
Noah Veraguth, who performed with Pegasus at Art on Ice in 2018, is nearing the end of his band career. Performing with Heinzmann and Stress in 2026 marks a new beginning for him. «It feels like coming home,» says Veraguth.
Heinzmann, who received a standing ovation in 2019, will also be bringing her vocal presence to the ice once again. Stress, who was already part of the show in 2025, is building on his recent success.
The musical connection between the three goes beyond Art on Ice. Joint projects and personal friendships form the basis for a stage concept that relies not only on individual performances but also on synergies.
Art on Ice 2026 also remains at a high sporting level. Lukas Britschgi, European Champion 2023, and Kimmy Repond, European Championship bronze medal winner of the same year, will be taking part. Both come straight from the Olympic Games in Milan and are exemplary of the new generation in Swiss figure skating.
The combination of international figure skating and national musical art lends the anniversary a clear signature.
The musical and sporting spectacle can be seen in Zurich (February 26 - March 1, 2026), Fribourg (March 3 & 4, 2026) and Davos (March 6 & 7, 2026). Tickets are already available.
