TINA - The Tina Turner Musical tells the life story of one of the most important singers in pop history and presents her greatest hits in an impressive production. The internationally acclaimed stage play can be seen from 14.04.2026 to 03.05.2026 at Theater 11 in Zurich.
From her childhood in Tennessee to her global career - «TINA - The Tina Turner Musical» brings the singer's eventful life to the stage. In close collaboration with Tina Turner herself, a production was created that focuses on authenticity, emotionality and musical power. It was directed by Phyllida Lloyd and written by Katori Hall. The English-language musical is accompanied by a live band and shows not only the iconic songs, but also the fractures in the artist's life - including topics such as domestic violence, discrimination and artistic self-assertion.
The musical celebrates the music of Tina Turner with hits such as The Best, Private Dancer, Proud Mary, River Deep - Mountain High and What's Love Got to Do with It. The show lasts around 2 hours and 40 minutes (including interval) and is aimed at audiences aged 14 and over. The production will be performing at Theater 11 Zurich from 14 April to 3 May 2026.

After initial success with Ike Turner, she separated from him - both artistically and privately - and embarked on a solo career that made her an international icon.
