Camilla Sparksss
Electronic noise-pop that blends club, concert, and performance
Her concerts are intense, loud, physical, and surprising—somewhere between electronic noise, dark pop, heavy beats, and performance art.
Behind Camilla Sparksss is the Swiss-Canadian musician and visual artist Barbara Lehnhoff, who is also known as the co-founder of the post-punk band Peter Kernel. For years, she has consistently defied musical categorization and has built an international fan base with her uncompromising sound.
Her music thrives on hard electronic beats, heavy synthesizers, dubplates, and a distinctive voice. Added to this is a visual aesthetic that makes her performances far more than just an ordinary concert.
Camilla Sparksss has now played over 1,000 concerts in Europe, North Africa, Canada, and the U.S. and has shared the stage with acts such as Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and A Place to Bury Strangers, among others.
In 2025, her fourth album *ICU RUN* was released on On The Camper Records—a driving, uncompromising work about escape, retreat, and refuge. That same year, her self-produced music video Watch Me was honored as Best Swiss Music Video at the Solothurn Film Festival.
If you like electronic music, noise, performance art, and uncompromising live sound, you shouldn’t miss Camilla Sparksss.
A concert for open ears—and for anyone who likes to be surprised.
