Diana Krall

A magic evening with an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere combined with a perfect, sometimes very original execution of all the songs. This was the second time I had the privilege to see a Diana Krall concert in Zürich. Two hours diving between jazz classics and some stellar hits. Simply great and unforgettable.

Diana Krall ist wahrhaft eine Künstlerin. Ihre gehauchte und trotzdem kräftige Stimme gibt so viel Gefühle frei wie ich es von keinen anderen Sängerinnen kenne. Und ihr Klavierspiel ist trotz meistens aufs Minimum beschränkten Tönen klangvoll und präsent - das ist Kunst pur. Etwas hat gestört: der Stuhl und die Gitarre von Anthony Wilson waren sichtbar parat - er aber fehlte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn Diana Krall kommuniziert hätte, weshalb nur Stuhl und Gitarre da sind. Ist er krank?
