LUMIÈRE Project is a chamber string ensemble that combines elegant stage aesthetics with musical excellence of the highest calibre.
The ensemble brings together leading musicians from Ukrainian philharmonic orchestras, opera houses and symphony orchestras, with extensive concert experience on stages in Ukraine and abroad.
Soloist — Kateryna Boichuk, Violin
Kateryna Boichuk is an outstanding Ukrainian violinist and prize-winner of national and international competitions. She has performed as a soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, collaborated with the Kyiv Camerata and was part of the international Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra project.
The Programme
At the heart of the programme are Antonio Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, one of the best-known works in classical music. Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter unfold as a continuous cycle, performed by Kateryna Boichuk and the chamber string ensemble.
