"Mörderische Spreefahrt" - four dinner thrillers on the Spree
The artdeshaus ensemble has staged four turbulent crime stories and takes the audience into the historical milieu of Berlin's "ring clubs". During a three-hour evening cruise on the Spree and the canals, the audience enjoys a fine dinner menu - and witnesses the exciting and entertaining crime stories. Each member of the audience takes on a role from the list of criminals. Between the criminal investigations, the evening cruise is livened up with murderous chansons from the 1920s. "Mörderische Spreefahrt - der erste Krimi"
Berlin in the 1920s: the two most influential ring clubs celebrate the peaceful end of their long-standing rivalry on board. LOTTE-Lola makes a toast with Mambo-Martha, the False Adonis makes eyes at the Wild Penelope, and Koks-Konrad spins a thing with Lotte Bodo. But suddenly events come thick and fast. Where is the beautiful gangster bride Apollonia? Is the gang war between the ring clubs threatening to flare up again? Inspector Engelbrecht investigates together with the audience.

They finally got married: Lucy, the tipsy nightclub singer, and enforcer Klaus, the pianist and contract killer. But no sooner is the wedding party on the Spree steamer in full swing than a terrible murder takes place. Everyone is puzzled: How could this happen? Who actually had no motive? And what is the hereditary uncle doing in the wedding cake? Fortunately, Inspector Engelbrecht is on board. Instead of making eyes at the pub landlady Charly, he takes over the investigation.

Engelbrecht is given one last chance: if he solves the case, he will be spared. Can the odd commissioner pull his head out of the noose once more?
