Pippo Pollina grosser Gala-Abend
65th Birthday Concert with Distinguished Guests
Yes, that’s right—it will still be a long time until May 18, 2028. This year and in 2027, Pippo Pollina will give many concerts. First with his band, and then solo again during the next concert season.
Starting in the summer of 2027, the Sicilian singer-songwriter will take a creative break. For nearly two years, there will certainly be no more concerts—with the exception, of course, of the grand gala celebrating his 65th birthday.
It has now become a tradition for Pippo Pollina to celebrate his milestone birthdays (50, 55, 60) with a series of performances in the fascinating setting of the Volkshaus in Zurich.
We don’t believe Pippo will announce his retirement at 65. It might still be a little too early for that, provided his health and creativity hold up.
We’re more inclined to believe that, as always, he’ll have a surprise in store for his many fans on this occasion.
Everyone who attended the birthday concerts in 2013, 2018, and 2023 will remember the profound emotions of those evenings—with special guests and wonderful duets alongside Pippo Pollina.
They say that waiting for something brings a special kind of joy.
After all, anticipation is the greatest joy.
And we’re looking forward to seeing you!
