Smooth grooves and rhythmic energy form the core of “Soul & Shake,” a soul performance that blends warm vocals with danceable moments. The music remains clear and immediate; the band plays in close proximity, and every voice and instrument can be heard and felt.
The intimate atmosphere invites you to tap your feet and listen, as moments of quiet soul alternate with driving, groovy passages. Those seeking a close connection to the music will experience pure performance and genuine joy in playing.
An evening for soul lovers who appreciate both laid-back ballads and rousing rhythms. The band’s strong presence turns every song into an immediate encounter with the music.
Look forward to an exclusive evening full of passion, rhythm, and pure energy. We bring together the best of four worlds: Soul—melodies that get right under your skin. Jazz—improvisation and class at the highest level. Blues—deep emotions and an authentic sound. Funk—crisp beats that are guaranteed to get you dancing. Jay Nicehill & the Groove Insurance provide the musical “comprehensive insurance”: a sound so tight and infectious that a good time is guaranteed.
