Age limit: Children and teenagers under the age of 14 have to be accompanied by a legal guardian. Children under the age of 6 (six) are not allowed to access the event due to medical reasons. The organizer rejects every legal responsibility and liability in case of damage to human organs.
Anreise mit dem öV: Vom Hauptbahnhof Zürich aus kann man das X-TRA bequem zu Fuss (800m) oder mit den Tramlinien 4, 13 & 17 bis Haltestelle Limmatplatz erreichen.
Erforderlich ist ein normales Eintrittsticket. Wir empfehlen Gästen, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen sind, zirka 10 Minuten vor Türöffnung auf der rechten Einlassseite bis zur Eingangstür vorzufahren. Sie werden unmittelbar vor der offiziellen Türöffnung eingelassen und gelangen via Fahrstuhl in den Veranstaltungssaal.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen empfehlen wir, die Veranstaltung aus dem Saal und nicht von der Galerie zu verfolgen. Ihre Platzwahl im Saal ist nicht eingeschränkt
