Best seat booking

In best seat booking, you decide on a seat category and select the number of required tickets. Automatic seat allocation takes place within the selected category, and you will receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are generally located next to each other.

Seating chart booking

With seating chart booking, you personally select the exact seats you want using the graphic seating chart. Start the seating chart booking and decide on an area. There you can select seats by clicking with the mouse. The seating chart booking is not offered for some events.

Free seat selection

This means that you can freely select your seat using your ticket in accordance with local conditions. Generally, these are standing room tickets, but in some cases seats are also available.

Seat or standing room depending on availability

It is principally seats that are offered in this price category (but not guaranteed). Under certain circumstances, standing room tickets will also be sent at the same price. Unfortunately, any particular requests regarding standing room tickets or seat tickets cannot be taken into account here. It is not possible to then exchange the entrance tickets provided.

Currently not available

This means that the ticket contingent we have available is currently exhausted. We will make every effort to obtain a new contingent and request that you check our website regularly.

No longer deliverable

This means that the event will take place shortly and ticket delivery is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at the box office.

This means that only individual seats (no consecutive seats) can be booked in the relevant category using best seat booking. Single seats are scattered remaining seats. Even if a large number of seats is available, these will not be next to each other. Consecutive seats may still be available using seating chart booking.

Reduced tickets

Reduced tickets can often be booked for children, students and senior citizens, for example. These will be identified in the seat categories. Under certain circumstances, the promoter will offer further reductions, particularly on seats for wheelchair users.

Anfahrt mit der Bahn
Zu Fuss Richtung Stadt (ca. 8 Min.):
- der Bahnhofstrasse e ntlang Richtung Zentrum folgen
- nach der Confiserie Brändli/90 Grad Café rechts in die Kasinostrasse abbiegen
- geradeaus weiter gehen bis Ende Kasinostrasse, Strasse überqueren
- links abbiegen, ca. 20 m geradeaus weiter gehen
- bei Valiant Bank rechts auf den Schlossplatz ei nbiegen, dort befindet sich das KUK

Mit dem Bus: am Bahnhof Aarau, Haltestelle vor der Hauptpost
- Bus Richtung "Erlinsbach" (Nr. 2) oder "Küttigen" (Nr. 1) oder "Biberstein" (Nr. 4)
- 2. Station "Holzmarkt" (vor Interdiscount) aussteigen
- geradeaus (in Fahrtrichtung) weitergehen bis Ende Graben und Strasse überqueren
- Hinter Valiant Bank liegt der Schlossplat z, links am Platz befindet sich das KUK

Anfahrt von Ausfahrt T5/ Aarau - Ost
Rechte Spur Richtung Suhr/Zentrum. Diese Spur führt direkt in die Altstadt. Etwa 10 m vor der Einfahrt in die Altstadt befindet sich rechts der Schlossplatz mit dem Kultur & Kongresshaus Aarau.

Ausfahrt Aarau - West
Richtung Aarau/Zentrum. Am Kreisel Rosengarten (mit Turbine) rechts in die Hintere Bahnhofstrasse einbiegen (Zufahrt zu Parkhaus "Behmen" hier!). Bei Kreisel Gais die 3. Ausfahrt nehmen, auf der rechten Spur geradeaus Richtung Altstadt fahren. Ende Laurenzenvorstadt nach der Valiant Bank rechts auf d en Schlossplatz einbiegen vor das Kultur & Kon gresshaus Aarau.

ACHTUNG:

Beim Kultur & Kongresshaus Aarau sind keine Parkplätze vorhanden, nur Ein - und Ausladen ist möglich. Wir empfehlen Ihnen das öffentliche Kasernen - Parking an der Laurenzenvorstadt. Veranstalter können für Ihre Gäste Plätze im Voraus direkt beim Kasernen - Parking (Tel 062 836 61 61) reservieren . Ende Laurenzenvorstadt links in die Kasinostrasse einbiegen: hier ist die Zufahrt zu einem weiteren öffentlichen Parkhaus "Kasino/Citymärt" (max. Parkdauer 6 Stunden). Folgen Sie dafür den braunen Parkhaus - Schildern des Parkleitsystems. Das "Parkhaus Flösserplatz" (mit Schrankenanlage) sowie weitere Parkplätze "Mühlematt" befinden sich unten an der Aare.

Eingänge und Rollstuhlgängigkeit
Der Haupteingang sowie sämtliche Räume sind rollstuhlgängig. Jede Etage verfügt über ein rollstuhlgängiges WC.

Rollstuhlplätze
Die Rollstuhlplätze im Saal 2 können individuell angeordnet werden. Bitte beachten Sie dazu den Sitzplan der entsprechenden Veranstaltung.

Die Rollstuhlplätze im Saal 1 befinden sich auf Ebene 0 der Sitzreihen Nr. 7 und 8 bei ansteigender Zuschauertribüne. Bei flacher Bestuhlung können diese individuell eingeplant werden. Bitte beachten Sie dazu den Sitzplan der entsprechenden Veranstaltung.

Betreuung vor Ort für Rollstuhlbenützer
Für die Betreuung vor Ort können sich Rollstuhlbenützer an die Mitarbeiter des Kultur & Kongresshauses Aarau wenden. Sie begleiten Sie gerne zu Ihrem gebuchten Sitzplatz.

Parkmöglichkeiten für Behinderte
Zwei Rollstuhlparkplätze befinden sich am Schlossplatz gegenüber vom Haupteingang des Kultur & Kongresshauses Aarau. Weitere Parkplätze für Behinderte finden Sie im Parkhaus Kasernen Parking, von dem Sie das Kultur & Kongresshaus zu Fuss oder mit dem Rollstuhl in 3 Minuten erreichen können (s. Anfahrt/Parkmöglichkeiten). Begleitpersonen können mit ihrem PKW bis vor den Haupteingang fahren und gehbehinderte Personen und Rollstuhlbenützer vor dem Haupteingang aussteigen lassen. Danach muss das Fahrzeug an einem öffentlichen Parkplatz oder Parkhaus abgestellt werden.
