Event Information
The Buntspecht Sextet is coming to Zurich! Their music ranges from melancholy to ecstasy, accompanied by a characteristic, at times cynical Viennese wit.
Buntspecht has a penchant for the in-between. Their dynamic music swings from euphoria to melancholy, from lightheartedness to dark romanticism. The genres they draw upon are just as diverse as their instrumentation. Identity seems to be a fluid concept here. But writing about music, as we all know, makes about as much sense as photographing a lavish buffet. You see with your ears, with your mouth, with your hands, and with your feet.
