Information on ticket selection

Best seat booking

In best seat booking, you decide on a seat category and select the number of required tickets. Automatic seat allocation takes place within the selected category, and you will receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are generally located next to each other.

Seating chart booking

With seating chart booking, you personally select the exact seats you want using the graphic seating chart. Start the seating chart booking and decide on an area. There you can select seats by clicking with the mouse. The seating chart booking is not offered for some events.

Free seat selection

This means that you can freely select your seat using your ticket in accordance with local conditions. Generally, these are standing room tickets, but in some cases seats are also available.

Seat or standing room depending on availability

It is principally seats that are offered in this price category (but not guaranteed). Under certain circumstances, standing room tickets will also be sent at the same price. Unfortunately, any particular requests regarding standing room tickets or seat tickets cannot be taken into account here. It is not possible to then exchange the entrance tickets provided.

Currently not available

This means that the ticket contingent we have available is currently exhausted. We will make every effort to obtain a new contingent and request that you check our website regularly.

No longer deliverable

This means that the event will take place shortly and ticket delivery is no longer possible. Tickets may still be available at the box office.

Only one ticket can be selected / single seat

This means that only individual seats (no consecutive seats) can be booked in the relevant category using best seat booking. Single seats are scattered remaining seats. Even if a large number of seats is available, these will not be next to each other. Consecutive seats may still be available using seating chart booking.

Reduced tickets

Reduced tickets can often be booked for children, students and senior citizens, for example. These will be identified in the seat categories. Under certain circumstances, the promoter will offer further reductions, particularly on seats for wheelchair users.

Das Volkshaus Zürich ist rollstuhlgängig. Es kann der reguläre Haupteingang oder der Hintereingang an der Bäckerstrasse benutzt werden. Die Rollstuhlplätze werden individuell durch den Veranstalter bestimmt, meistens im vorderen Teil des Saales auf der rechten Seite (Bild im Anhang) – nehmen Sie diesbezüglich direkt mit dem Veranstalter Kontakt auf. Eine behindertengerechte Toilette befindet sich beim Gebäude Haupteingang im Erdgeschoss.
