In der Pentorama-Tiefgarage ist das Parkieren kostenlos. Die Kapazität beträgt 50 Plätze. In der nahen Umgebung des Pentorama stehen rund 650 weitere Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Der Pentorama-Saal ist ebenerdig gelegen und somit für Rollstühle via Haupteingang problemlos zugänglich. In der Pentorama-Tiefgarage sind zwei Behinderten-Parkplätze reserviert. Ein Lift führt nach oben.
