Ordering

By using our configurator, you can personalize your Ticketcorner voucher to suit the occasion. To do this, select a motif of your choice and customize the personal message. After you have selected the desired amount, you can add the voucher to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can then select the desired method of delivery.

Shipping by letter

Get the personalized gift voucher in ticket format on high quality paper. They will be delivered to your desired delivery address within ten working days after payment.

Shipping by print@home

The personalized gift voucher will be provided to you as an online voucher in PDF format immediately after you place your order. You can forward your voucher in PDF format via e-mail or print it out yourself, fold it if necessary and give it as a gift.

Redemption

You can redeem the gift voucher for ticket purchases at www.ticketcorner.ch. To do this, first select your desired event and place it in the shopping cart. By entering the voucher code in the shopping cart, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price. Any remaining amount will be kept on the voucher for future purchases. Ticektcorner wishes you a lot of fun!

Vouchers for business customers

We offer flexible voucher values for every occasion. Either as voucher tickets (on request also with matching gift packaging) or as voucher codes to redeem. For business customers, the vouchers are suitable both for employee incentive and for sales promotion and customer loyalty. Are you planning a promotion, raffles or other measures? All vouchers are valid for the entire Ticketcorner event offer (excl. ski tickets). The code automatically expires after 36 months. Any remaining balance will be held for the applicable statutory limitation period. A payout is excluded. It is not possible to subsequently offset a voucher against a purchase that has already been made.

FanTicket

For this event FanTickets are available.
If you book an event featuring a FanTicket you will receive it automatically if you have selected postal delivery. Please note that FanTickets may not be available for all events in an event series. Please also note that for orders placed less than 10 days before the event, delivery of a FanTicket cannot be guaranteed.

FanTickets make a wonderful souvenir for an unforgettable event. With their individual designs, they are also a great addition to any fridge or pinboard. The elaborately designed FanTickets are made using a special printing method and are only available at Ticketcorner.
