In our underrated/overrated video interview, Bavarian comedian Michael Mittermeier talks about fondue, pop songs and funny peeing at Oktoberfest.
German comedy star Michael Mittermeier (51) will soon be going on tour again. His new program is promisingly called "Lucky Punch - die Todes-Wuchtl schlägt zurück" (Lucky Punch - the Death Wuchtl strikes back) and is announced in full-bodied fashion: "Mittermeier's only ally: the infamous Todes-Wuchtl, a long-forgotten secret weapon handed down by word of mouth, forged in the dark vaults of an ancient fun dynasty, steeled on all the comedy stages of the world. And the world is not a Tinder birthday party! Who beats who? It's everyone against everyone: Batman vs. Baywatch... Chuck Norris vs. Wonder Woman... Two Sky Dogs vs. Bud Spencer... Spiritual Vegans vs. Verbal Butchers... streamed live on the anti-social media... Let the games begin!"
We were able to get Michael for an exclusive under/overrated interview. The fun Bavarian told us how he was chatted up at the Oktoberfest urinal, why he loves cheese fondue, why he thinks pop songs are as dangerous as drugs and why God doesn't want people to take selfies.
We'll have to be patient until Michael Mittermeier comes to Switzerland with his new program: The CH tour doesn't start until October 10, 2018 in Amriswil TG. But tickets are already available now.
