The folk rock'n'roller is coming to Switzerland in 2026 with a special concert series. On November 4, Andreas Gabalier will play at the KKL Luzern and present his songs in an unusually intimate setting.
The Austrian superstar is known for his energetic shows in front of thousands of fans in arenas and stadiums. In the fall of 2026, however, the folk rock'n'roller deliberately strikes a softer note. With a series of acoustic concerts, he recalls a past chapter of his career and presents his music in renowned concert halls in German-speaking countries.
Ten years after his celebrated MTV Unplugged project, Andreas Gabalier looks back on a milestone in his career. The musician uses the anniversary to bring his songs back to the stage in an acoustic version: approachable, personal and musically finely crafted
Gabalier is touring Germany, Austria and Switzerland with his concert series. Unlike his usual large-scale productions, this time the focus is not on huge stage sets but on the music itself. The focus is on handmade arrangements and an atmosphere that brings the fans closer to the artist than ever before.
When Andreas Gabalier performs at the KKL Luzern on November 4, 2026, the audience can expect a special concert experience. The singer and his band are relying on a special acoustic concept for this tour. In addition to the classic band line-up, a ten-piece string ensemble will provide additional sound colors. The combination of acoustic instruments, orchestral elements and new arrangements gives the well-known songs a special depth.
Swiss Gabalier fans can get their tickets for the special show at the KKL Luzern from Friday, March 13, 2026 at 10 am.
