From July 12 to 20, 2025, Gstaad will be the venue for first-class tennis. The traditional ATP 250 tournament will once again attract top players this year, including Alexander Zverev, Casper Ruud and Stan Wawrinka.
The tournament has been a fixture on the international tennis calendar since 1915. Tennis players such as Roger Federer, Boris Becker and Stefan Edberg have played here. The record holder with five trophies is Australian Roy Emerson, after whom the stadium is named. The Roy Emerson Arena offers a special proximity to the fans and a unique ambience in the middle of the Swiss Alps, at over 1000m above sea level.
The list of participants in 2025 promises top-class tennis: Alexander Zverev, currently number 2 in the world, is making his debut in Gstaad. Casper Ruud, winner in 2021 and 2022, wants to win again. And Stan Wawrinka is looking forward to the support of his home crowd.
In addition to tennis, the EFG Swiss Open Gstaad offers a varied supporting program. Restaurants and bars provide culinary highlights, while sponsor stands and entertainment create a special atmosphere. Fans also have the opportunity to meet their favorite players in person at autograph sessions. The EFG Swiss Open creates an event that should be experienced live.
