From August 7 to 9, Heiternplatz in Zofingen will once again become a festival venue. Around 30 acts will perform on three stages. The lineup includes Amy Macdonald, Bonez MC, Clean Bandit, Calum Scott, Samu Haber, Bligg, Lo & Leduc, Sens Unik, and Veronica Fusaro, among others.
The Heitere Open Air has been a staple of the Swiss festival summer for years. The lineup blends international pop, German rap, Swiss dialect music, punk rock, electro, and emerging artists. The festival also features a Ferris wheel, a small market, food stands, bars, and a view of Zofingen and the Wiggertal valley. Every year, little worlds of their own spring up on Camper’s Boulevard at the campground. Tickets are available for individual days as well as 2-day and 3-day passes. Even away from the stages, there’s plenty to see and do, thanks to mini-golf, a street workout park, a Carrera racetrack, and more.
Friday kicks off with Amaya Gloor and Nikotin. The pop newcomer from the Bernese Oberland showcases her powerful voice at the Campfire, while Nikotin brings synth-pop with an Austrian twist to the Park Stage. Next up is Samu Haber on the Linden Stage. The former Sunrise Avenue frontman plays catchy pop-rock and the songs that made him famous in the 2000s and 2010s.
In the evening, the lineup gets edgier. Edb blends indie pop, rock, and rap, while Skip brings reggae, dancehall, and rap vibes to the Campfire stage. Feine Sahne Fischfilet delivers German punk rock, followed immediately by Jule X & Friends on the Park Stage. At 11:35 p.m., Bonez MC takes the Lindenbühne. Nervo wraps up the night with an EDM set.
Saturday kicks off with Veronica Fusaro. The musician from Thun represented Switzerland at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna with the song “Alice.” In the afternoon, Meller, Ella Stern, Nicky B Fly, and the cabaret duo Divertimento will take the stage. Next up are Lo & Leduc with special guests. The Bern-based duo released their album “Krise als Chanson” in 2026 and will perform new songs as well as their well-known hits.
In the evening, the spotlight will be on international pop acts. Calum Scott will sing his ballads, and Clean Bandit will bring British electro-pop to Zofingen. After 01099, twocolors will take the stage to close out the night. Lucy Duffner will perform at the campfire.
Sunday begins with newcomer Noemi Beza at the Campfire and the traditional Seven Sunday Brunch featuring many surprise guests on the Lindenbühne. Next up are Benjamin Amaru and Sons of the East. Sens Unik are on the program in the afternoon. The Lausanne hip-hop pioneers, founded in 1987, are among the defining names in the history of rap in French-speaking Switzerland.
Kunz and Bligg will follow later. In 2026, Bligg will perform only at select festival gigs and celebrate his 30th anniversary on stage. Amy Macdonald will close out the festival. The Scottish singer will wrap up the festival in the evening with songs like “This Is the Life.”
The Heitere Open Air is part of Heitere Week. The Magic Night, featuring Kool & The Gang, Ronan Keating, Uriah Heep, and DSL* Dire Straits Legacy, takes place on Wednesday, August 5. On Thursday, August 6, the VolksSchlager OpenAir follows, featuring Kerstin Ott, Marc Pircher, voXXclub, Heimweh, and the Amigos, among others.
The concert grounds open at 5 p.m. each day from Wednesday through Friday, at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, and at 11 a.m. on Sunday. Free shuttle buses run to the grounds from Zofingen train station and from the marked open-air parking lots. The parking fee is ten francs per entry. Children born in 2016 or later get free admission when accompanied by a parent or guardian. For them, there’s the Heitere Play Area with face painting, crafts, and games.
