Japanese singer LiSA is coming to Germany for the first time in 2026 for a concert. As part of her "LiVE is Smile Always ~15~ Europe & UK Tour 2026", she will be performing in Düsseldorf on September 17, 2026. This will be her only date in Germany. Fans in this country are less fortunate: LiSA is unfortunately skipping Switzerland this time.
With around five million monthly listeners on Spotify and a strong international fan base, LiSA is one of the best-known representatives of the modern J-pop scene. An important part of LiSA's fame is closely linked to anime series. Songs such as "Gurenge"(Demon Slayer), "Crossing Field"(Sword Art Online) and "Oath Sign"(Fate/Zero) have been heard around the world and have given many fans access to Japanese pop and rock music for the first time.
At the same time, LiSA has long been more than just a voice for anime intros. Her music also stands for itself: albums that reach high chart positions in Japan and concerts that are not only visually convincing, but above all musically. Rock elements and a clear signature style characterize their work. It is precisely this versatility that has helped her to build up a consistent audience outside of Japan.
While K-pop has been heavily commercialized and marketed globally in recent years, the international opening of J-pop is taking place via streaming platforms, social media and the continuing popularity of anime series. LiSA is one of the artists who have particularly benefited from this development. Her music works both in the context of the series for which it was written and independently of them - a decisive factor for her international reach.
The 2026 European and UK tour only includes a few dates. In addition to Düsseldorf, LiSa will be visiting Milan, Paris and London. Switzerland is not part of the tour this time. For Swiss fans, this means either a trip abroad or the hope that she will also include a performance here on a future European tour.
