Karol G is going on a musical journey in 2026 and 2027 with the "Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour". The tour will take him through North America, Latin America and Europe. A concert in Switzerland has not yet been confirmed.
Karol G is not planning her next tour purely as a series of concerts, but as a global pop project. The start is planned for summer 2026 in North America, followed by Mexico, further stops in Latin America and Europe in summer 2027. Individual fixed points such as Los Angeles, Mexico City, London, Paris, Düsseldorf and Milan show the scale of the tour.
At the center is her album "Tropicoqueta". Karol G audibly opens up her sound on it: reggaeton remains a foundation, but merengue, bachata, cumbia, vallenato and mariachi move more to the fore. This mixture does not come across as a stylistic detour, but rather as a return to Latin American musical traditions. The songs sound big, but remain close to the stories that have characterized Karol G for years.
Karol G moves confidently between the club and the pop stage. She writes songs that have a direct effect and still leave space. Her lyrics tell of break-ups, strength and new beginnings, often concrete and without detours. At the same time, she relies on catchy melodies and clear rhythms that quickly take hold. Latin American influences remain audible, but never lose touch with global pop. It is precisely this balance that keeps her music open to a wide audience.
