Lenzerheide Enchanted Forest 2026: Krokus and 01099 in the Snow

15/09/2026 written by Christoph Soltmannowski

The Lenzerheide Enchanted Forest will be lit up again from December 11 through 31, 2026. Among the acts performing on the forest stage will be 01099, Krokus, Kunz, and Joya Marleen, and there will be 18 light installations along the loop trail.

Rap from Dresden, riffs from Solothurn

The lineup spans two genres. 01099 hail from Dresden and carry their neighborhood’s ZIP code in their name. Their hip-hop has been on the charts for years and draws a young crowd to the forest. Krokus has been playing since 1975. The hard rock band from Solothurn has more tours under its belt than the rest of the lineup combined.

There’s plenty of room in between. Kunz sings dialect pop, Kamrad comes from the German radio pop scene, Klangkarussell brings electronica from Salzburg, and Joya Marleen brings songwriting from St. Gallen. The concerts begin at 8:15 p.m.

18 Works in the Winter Forest

Along the circular trail are 18 works by artists from Switzerland and abroad. They work with the landscape: with snow, fog, rows of trees, and the darkness beyond.

Curator Primo Berera says: “We’re bringing together light artists from all over the world and staging their works in this unique natural setting.”

Classic Corner and Children’s Concerts

The Classic Corner is organized by the Kultur am Pass association. There, young musicians from Graubünden and international guests perform classical and chamber music away from the main stage.

Families have their own events in the early evening. Andrew Bond has sold over 800,000 albums, and the Schwiizergoofe sing children’s pop in various Swiss German dialects. Also performing are the Blackouts from Walenstadt, known from “Britain’s Got Talent” and “Das Supertalent.” Their LED choreographies only work in the completely dark forest. The kids’ acts start at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m.

After the concert, the market village will remain open, offering mulled wine, punch, hot food, and stalls featuring regional products and handmade goods.

Those arriving by public transportation ride for free. On the day of the event, the festival ticket serves as a 2nd-class ticket on the PostBus between Chur and Davos Platz.

Tickets are available in five categories: Music Act, Kids Act, Light Art, Christmas, and a separate ticket for December 31. If you just want to see the lights, choose the late Light Art slot starting at 9:15 p.m. However, the stage will already be empty by then.
