Anders Trentemøller is difficult to pin down musically. He started out with minimal techno and as a house producer. Today, he creates electronic soundscapes with everything you can imagine geographically: Mountains, seas, valleys, forests, deserts, glaciers. «Memoria», his most recent album, is perhaps the most personal. A journey through memory and forgetting, which takes on a completely different dimension live.
Leroy Bennett, a lighting designer who has already staged Prince, Lady Gaga and Nine Inch Nails, is responsible for the visual experience. Trentemøller is also joined by Icelandic singer Disa, whose ethereal voice seems to be made for the haunting melodies of «Memoria». What comes on stage will be more than just a concert evening, it will be a space of sound and light. An absolute live recommendation, a must for all electronica fans.
