The final rehearsals for this year's "Art on Ice" took place in Zurich's Hallenstadion on Wednesday. We were there with the camera.
"Life writes the best stories" is the motto of Art on Ice 2017. "We take our audience into a world of ordinary stories, the kind that happen all the time and everywhere in life. They are so fascinating and so touching, these everyday things," says co-founder Reto Caviezel, referring to the 22-year success story of Art on Ice.
With figure skating and music into another world
Et voilà: When soul singer Chaka Khan sings the James Bond oldie "Goldfinger", James Morrison strums his guitar to "Slave to the Music" on a moving stage and figure skater Stéphane Lambiel from Western Switzerland does his laps, you are transported to another world. Our video gives an insight into the final rehearsals in the Hallenstadion.
