In view of the advance sale for the Ed Sheeran concerts on August 3 and 4, 2018 at Letzigrund Stadium, we have once again compiled the most important information. Tickets for the additional concert will be available at Ticketcornerfrom Thursday, July 13, 2017, at 9 am.


How much do the tickets for the Ed Sheeran concert in Zurich cost?
Tickets for Zurich cost CHF 140.00 and CHF 100.00 for numbered seats and CHF 110.00 for standing room. There is also a service charge of CHF 1.90 per ticket and a fee for postal delivery per order.

The only official sales channel is Ticketcorner(ticketcorner.ch and advance booking offices)

How many tickets can I buy?
A maximum of 4 tickets are allowed per order. The Ed Sheeran tickets will be personalized with the name and first name of the purchaser andthe ticket is not transferable to another person.

But we would like to go to the concert together as a larger group. How is that possible?
You have to try to make several orders with different buyers and credit cards.

What are the admission regulations?
Admission to the stadium is only possible with a ticket, booking confirmation from Ticketcorner and a valid passport/ID. Ticket purchasers and their companions are only admitted together.

My name is not on the tickets and I cannot appear at the entrance accompanied by the ticket purchaser. What should I do?

Is there an age limit?
Children under the age of 7 are not admitted to the concert for health reasons. Children and young people aged 7 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras, video and other recording devices are strictly prohibited. Pocket and cell phone cameras are permitted.

I am unable to attend the concert myself, what should I do?

How do I get my tickets?
In order to prevent the resale of tickets and thus fraud, there are no print@home tickets for this concert. Tickets will only be sent by post. This costs CHF 5.90 per order (CH/FL and DE/AT; registered mail CHF 9.90 or CHF 11.90). You have the option of ordering a nice fan ticket (at no extra charge). Thank you for your understanding.

What time should we arrive at the stadium?
The stadium opens at 16.00. The earlier you are there, the better. Due to the personal and ticket checks, you can expect longer admission times than usual.

What happens if I don't buy the ticket from Ticketcorner, but from another, unauthorized ticket seller?
The resale of tickets is prohibited, resold tickets are invalid. You will not be admitted with these tickets, as the tickets are personalized to the purchaser. You should therefore ONLY buy tickets from Ticketcorner. There are no refunds for these tickets.
