Noah Veraguth, Pegasus will soon be performing in the evening shows at Circus Knie. How did this idea come about?

I'm good friends with Bastian Baker, who has already performed at Knie in 2021 and 2022. I saw him there a few times in the show. Through him, I came into contact with Géraldine and Ivan Knie. A friendship developed from these encounters - and finally they asked us the question: "Could you imagine performing with us too?"

Did you have to think long and hard before you agreed?

We first thought about how we could present ourselves as a band in a small space in the circus tent, unlike Bastian, who performs solo. When we found an opportunity, we said yes straight away. What a privilege! It's an incredibly great honor for us - and touching that we can now be seen everywhere on the Knie posters .

Your predecessor Bastian Baker even amazed us with his acrobatics in the ring. Do you also rely on show elements?

I can only say: Yes! You'll see! It shouldn't just be a musical experience, but also a visual one - we've always attached great importance to that in our shows. Our collaboration with Knie will now take this to a new level - Pegasus will be seen like never before.

What are the particular challenges?

The question was how we could integrate ourselves as well as possible into the circus world. After all, we are the first pop band to perform at Knie. That's a big responsibility. If we do it well, it might inspire other pop musicians to do similar performances. We're looking forward to the routine of doing this every night and making the show more and more perfect.

What does Circus Knie mean to you?

We all went to the Knie as children - I remember visiting the elephants with my
grandfather. This blue and red world is anchored in my memory. Incidentally, Géraldine told me who had already visited Circus Knie: Michael Jackson, Adele, Charlie Chaplin. I'm a big Chaplin fan.
