The Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival ESAF 2025 Glarnerland+ will take place from August 29 to 31 at the Mollis airfield. The official pre-sale for the coveted arena tickets starts today.
When Switzerland meets in Glarnerland at the end of August 2025, there will be more than just wrestling on the program. The ESAF 2025 Glarnerland+ combines tradition, sport and festival culture - embedded in the impressive mountain scenery around Mollis. The airfield will be the center of the action: this is where the best wrestlers and stone throwers in the country will compete. There is also space for gastronomy, music and encounters on the festival grounds.
The Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival (ESAF) is not just a sporting highlight, but also a folk festival with tradition. In addition to plenty of action in the sawdust and stone throwing competitions, visitors can expect a varied supporting program with musical entertainment and regional specialities. Entry to the festival grounds is free of charge. The competitions can also be followed there via public viewing.
Arena tickets officially go on sale today, June 3, 2025, at 10 am. They are only available via ticketcorner.ch. If you want to get your hands on a ticket for the wrestling spectacle in Mollis, you need to hurry. Experience has shown that the tickets are very popular.
