Suede

Die Band und in erster Linie Brett Anderson waren sehr gut gelaunt. Das war nicht immer so. In den Neunzigerjahren habe ich diversen Konzerten der Band beigewohnt, wo sie entnervt auf der Bühne standen und schlechte Laune verbreiteten. Sie sind mittlerweile wohl selber überrascht, wie viele ihrer Songs zu Hits und Indie-Hymnen wurden. Und dies scheint die Band auszuspielen und zu geniessen. Das kam voll rüber. I hobbled to the gig with an injured foot and stood on one leg the whole time. But it was totally worth it. It was awesome!!!

It seems crazy to fly to Zürich from the UK just to see a band. This was the last night of Suede’s European tour and it did not disappoint for a group that has been at the top of their game for over 30 years they were amazing. The atmosphere in the room was electric and as good as any of the UK gigs we saw earlier in the tour. The venue was fantastic and Zürich it’s a city. I would love to come back to. Thank you Switzerland. Thank you, Suede.
