Refunds at the points of sale

Cancelled events
Tickets for cancelled events can be refunded at the point of sale where the tickets were purchased. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, a refund period of 30 days from the date of the event is applicable for a cancelled event.

 

Postponed events
Refunds are not possible. If you have concluded a ticket insurance, the ticket price will be refunded by the insurance partner in justified cases. Please contact our insurance partner directly, stating the reason for your inability to attend the event. If you have not concluded a ticket insurance and are unable to attend on the new date, we recommend the secure resale platform fanSALE from Ticketcorner.

 

Information about festivals
For postponed festivals, booked tickets remain valid for the postponed date and/or a new venue and cannot be returned. The organizers will do their utmost to keep both line up and artwork as much as possible. Depending on the festival there are special regulations for a refund.

Special regulation for the refund of tickets of cancelled events purchased at Swiss Post or MANOR. 

If you have purchased tickets from Swiss Post or MANOR and the event had to be cancelled, please return the tickets no later than 30 days after the original event date to Ticketcorner, using the form. Please find all details in the form.
